Our New Blog

Our blog has been created to share with you stories, insights and lessons experienced by the founder of Athena Training and Consulting, Cindy Stradling. For five years Athena Training and Consulting has been successfully connecting trainers, facilitators, coaches and HR consultants to organizations to deliver training programs, coaching or HR consulting.
During this time Cindy has been involved in many assessments and situations which require her to match an Alliance Partner to the organizations need. This has provided her with many insights, stories and lessons that she will share, not only from the past but going forward as well.
