DiSC is the original, oldest most validated, reliable personal assessment tool used by over 50 million people to improve lives, interpersonal relationships, work productivity, teamwork and communication.  Based on the work of psychologist William Moulton Marston, the DiSC ®  Personal Profile System is personality behavioral testing profiling using a 4 dimensional model of normal behaviour in an assessment inventory.

Edward DeBono”s Six Thinking Hats

The Six Thinking Hats™ framework helps people identify their challenges when working with others. It provides a respectful way to collaboratively communicate and develop innovative solutions to business needs. This workshop engages participants using fun and experiential activities. Participants will have an opportunity to reflect on their experience and draw lessons that they can apply back on-the-job.


Ned Herrmann’s extensive, long-term research on thinking and creativity has won national awards.  His work is widely regarded as superseding “left brain/right brain” models and other earlier concepts.  He began his research while working with General Electric in the US and developed and validated the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI), from 1977-1981. The assessment tool has been completed by more than a million people, and his ideas are in use at Fortune 100 companies and organizations worldwide.  The HBDI is based on extensive research into the physiology of the brain.  It is a metaphor which divides the brain into four quadrants: Left, Right, Upper (Cerebral) and Lower (Limbic).

Insights Discovery

The Insights Discovery Personal Profile is a personal development tool which gives individuals an engaging, reinforcing and transformational insight into themselves and others. Celebrating the uniqueness of each person, the profile illustrates how recognizing and valuing difference can empower individuals, teams and entire organizations.  Each profile includes a Foundation Chapter which tells individuals about their: style and approach, key strengths and weaknesses, value to the team, communication style, possible blind spots, opposite type and suggestions for development.


The Kolbe Wisdom is based on the concept that creative instincts are the source of the mental energy that drives people to take specific actions. This mental drive is separate and distinct from passive feelings and thoughts. Creative instincts are manifested in an innate pattern (modus operandi, or MO) that determines each person’s best efforts.  A person’s MO is quantifiable and observable, yet functions at the subconscious level. MOs vary across the general population with no gender, age or racial bias.

LEA360 Feedback

The LEA 360™ assessment produces a comprehensive feedback report complete with profiles, narratives, strategic implications, and developmental opportunities. Since the feedback is based on behaviors, the recommended changes are realistic and tangible.
Participants will also receive the LEA Resource Guide, included with the feedback report, which outlines suggested action steps and provides tools for prioritizing and focusing their individual developmental actions.
