We recommend using the Stress Map ®/Resiliency Map. The Stress Map ®/Resiliency Map are confidential, private, self-assessments participants complete prior to the workshop. These tools are used to create an individualized personal and professional development strategy to effectively manage multiple responsibilities to achieve work-life harmony.
